How long will my order take?

As each item is created for you by hand, we need at least 14-21 days to complete your order. Once complete, your order will then be shipped by first class or standard parcel delivery.

What if I can't see what I want?

We have created some of our best-selling designs here and will be adding more all the time.

If you can’t see exactly what you want, simply complete our contact form telling us your requirement, giving us as many details as possible including colours, styles and themes. We will then work with you to produce the item you require.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on the total amount spent as follows:

Up to £9.99: UK £4.00, Europe £5.50, Worldwide £7.50
£10.00 to £19.99: UK £5.00, Europe £8.00, Worldwide £12.50
£20.00 to £39.99: UK £6.00, Europe £10.00, Worldwide £15.50
£40.00 to £69.99: UK £7.50, Europe £12.50, Worldwide £20.00
£70.00 and over: UK £9.50, Europe £14.50, Worldwide £40.00

How do I process multiple orders?

Due to the advanced nature of our website, all orders have to be processed individually. This is due to the fact that each order can have many different requirements and design options so each order must be completed as an individual transaction.

Where customers wish to place orders for more than one item, they should process each order individually. We will then refund any postage charge due in order that customers do not pay any more than the delivery charge detailed in accordance with the total amount spent.

I have not received an email confirmation of my order - what should I do?

Should you not receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after completing the ordering process, please email us at orders@sparkleceramics.com so that we can check whether your order has been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express. We use Sage Pay as our Payment Service Provider to securely process your transactions.

What happens if my item is broken in transit?

Unfortunately, there is always a chance that your item may become damaged in transit. We do our very best to minimise the risk of this happening by securely packaging your item. Should your item arrive damaged, please notify us and we will paint a replacement as soon as possible.

Will my items be dishwasher/microwave safe?

All our items are dishwasher and microwave safe. Items used in the microwave should be handled with extra care as areas such as handles can become especially hot.
